In 2017, I performed in the comedy play The Chinese Wife, written by Rahmat Amini and directed by Marjan Ghamari.
The play followed a traveling actor couple who arrive to theatrically and humorously narrate the story of The Chinese Wife, blending storytelling, performance, and comedic elements on stage. The production was performed from June 29 to July 19, 2017.

The play The Chinese Wife follows an Iranian traveling actor couple who decide to stage a Chinese tale about infidelity between wives and husbands.
As the performance unfolds, it becomes clear that each of them narrates the storyfrom a personal perspective rather than a neutral one,each defending their own position and experience.
This tension between shared storytelling and individual self-interest drives the play toward a layered and comedic confrontation.
