“Life is more than just a stage—it’s a boundless canvas where I paint my story.”
Who am I?
Aspiring actress, director, and researcher—
exploring the art of storytelling and the depth of human experience.
I started acting at 12 and, over 16 years, I have played more than 40 roles. I can’t say exactly when I fell in love with it, but fantasy films had the biggest influence on me—they made me want to step into their worlds, and acting was the only way to do that.
So, I joined acting classes, and the more I learned, the more serious this craft became. But what kept me going was the power of impact—the ability to make the audience think and feel. That, to me, was the true meaning of having a reason to continue…

Moments to Celebrate Femininity
On March 8th, in honor of International Women’s Day, I will perform a special dance piece on stage. This performance is more than just a dance—it’s an expression of strength, freedom, and femininity, entirely designed and choreographed by me.
I can’t wait to share this moment with you! More details coming soon…

Stage Performance & Directing The Wind is a Horse
I directed and performed in the play The Wind is a Horse, written by Mohammad Charmshir. In my adaptation, I incorporated four additional actors to visually portray the monologues of the Qajar-era woman, transforming the solo narration into a dynamic performance.

Acting in the Play A Enters
I performed in A Enters, written by Arman Teiran and directed by Barkeh Foroutan. The story follows two veteran actors who reunite after years, only to discover they had once shared the same lover. I portrayed a puppet among their old theatrical props, coming to life in their dreams and symbolizing their long-lost beloved.
My Journey Through Acting, Dance, and Creativity

Instead of just saying lines, a great actor makes them their own.

Dancing—Writing Without Words on Stage
The earliest human language was movement. Dancing is more than just a series of moves; it’s a narrative that expresses feelings without using words.
However, how can a basic motion be transformed into an artistic manifestation?

Creativity Doesn’t Come to You—You Create It
Creativity is a skill that can be learned, despite the common misconception that it is a spontaneous burst of inspiration. How can studying art, looking at various pieces, and engaging in creative activities help us become more inventive artists?
